CG Motive LLC, doing business as CG Motive and e2.design, provides creative, digital and consulting services to clients worldwide. By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
CG Motive offers professional design, digital media and consulting services, including but not limited to:
3D design, visualization and rendering
Virtual showrooms and interactive digital spaces
Explainer videos and motion design
Branding, logo and corporate design
Web design and development (WordPress, Divi and related platforms)
Website maintenance and hosting
Marketing and business strategy consulting
E2 Business Consulting and Business-in-a-Box concepts for international clients
All services are provided according to the individual project agreement, proposal or invoice. Adjustments or extensions to the project scope must be confirmed in writing.
2. Consulting Disclaimer
All consulting and marketing services are advisory in nature. CG Motive does not provide legal, immigration or financial advice. Clients are responsible for seeking professional counsel where required. Any business or visa recommendations are non-binding and based solely on creative, marketing or strategic expertise.
3. Payments and Fees
All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
A deposit of 50% upfront and 50% upon completion is standard unless otherwise agreed. Some projects may require full payment in advance if mutually accepted.
Invoices are payable upon receipt unless a different payment schedule is specified. Late or incomplete payments may result in the suspension of ongoing work or hosted services until payment is received.
All third-party costs (such as domain registrations, premium plugins or external services) are billed separately unless included in a written quote.
4. Revisions and Scope Changes
CG Motive works flexibly and charges based on actual effort. Unless otherwise specified in writing, there is no fixed limit on the number of revisions. Significant design or content changes requested after approval may incur additional costs at the standard hourly rate.
5. Hosting and Maintenance
All websites developed by CG Motive are provided as managed solutions that include hosting, updates, backups and security monitoring.
Websites are hosted exclusively on CG Motive’s managed servers to ensure stability and system integrity.
Clients may request to discontinue hosting and maintenance at any time. In such cases, the completed website can be transferred after all invoices have been paid in full.
Once transferred, CG Motive assumes no further responsibility or liability for performance, updates, security or compatibility. Future modifications or technical support are the sole responsibility of the client or their chosen provider.
The monthly maintenance and hosting fee is $50 per month or the discounted annual payment equal to 11 months.
The service renews automatically unless cancelled in writing with 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
6. Digital Media and Virtual Experiences
CG Motive produces digital and visual media including 3D renderings, animations, explainer videos and virtual showrooms.
CG Motive is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party platforms used to host or display these media, such as 3D viewers, embedded players or video hosts.
Temporary or permanent downtime of such services does not constitute a breach of contract.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete content, materials and approvals.
CG Motive is not liable for the legality, accuracy or appropriateness of client-supplied or client-approved materials, including text, images, logos or data.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all final deliverables before publication and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws such as copyright, privacy and advertising regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
All creative materials, designs, code and graphics produced by CG Motive remain the intellectual property of CG Motive until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose.
CG Motive retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials and on websites.
All websites developed by CG Motive include a discreet footer credit (“Designed by CG Motive”), which must remain visible unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Confidentiality
CG Motive treats all client materials, concepts and information as confidential and will not share them with third parties except as required for the execution of the project or by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
CG Motive will make every effort to deliver high-quality, functional and secure digital services. However, uninterrupted availability or error-free performance cannot be guaranteed.
CG Motive is not liable for outages, maintenance periods, technical failures, third-party software issues, cyberattacks, or events beyond reasonable control.
Liability applies only in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by CG Motive.
Under no circumstances shall CG Motive be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data or business opportunities.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a project or ongoing service with 30 days’ written notice.
In the event of termination before completion, the client shall pay for all work performed up to the termination date.
CG Motive reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, misuse or violations of applicable law.
12. Portfolio and Credits
CG Motive reserves the right to display completed projects, screenshots and non-confidential visuals for promotional purposes in its portfolio, presentations or social media.
If a client requests anonymity or NDA protection, this must be agreed in writing prior to project start.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration under U.S. law.
